Education & Experience: Bachelor’s and master’s degree in Biology/Zoology from the University of Vienna.
She wrote her master thesis on the topic of “Heart rate and heart rate variability of dogs during interactive strategy games” externally at the Institute for Animal Husbandry and Animal Welfare at the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna.
She has supported the team at the Austrian Animal Welfare Centre as an office assistant since 2016 and has been working as a research assistant at the Center since October 2018. In addition to her duties as a research assistant, she is also responsible for the specialist unit’s online presence and all topics relating to graphics and design.
In 2020, she completed the animal welfare module of the academic course “Tierärztliches Physikat” at the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna. With its completion she is a qualified animal welfare control body according to the Animal Welfare Control Regulation.
In 2023, she completed a part-time diploma course in media design at the institute “Werbe Akademie” in Vienna.
